On October 9, 2006, the University of Toledo community was stunned with the news.  Haris was warming up during conditioning when he suddenly collapsed and passed away.  

Everyone that knew Haris was attracted by his warm personality and sense of humor.  He was a hard worker on the basketball court and loved by all his teammates.

Haris will be dearly missed but his memory will remain in our hearts.
